Can I submit the same photographs to both iStock and Shutterstock?
As a photographer, I am always looking for ways to increase my revenue streams. I have recently started contributing my photographs to both iStock and Shutterstock, but I am wondering if it's okay to submit the same photos to both platforms? Is there any risk of violating copyright or exclusivity agreements?

You can submit the same image to multiple stock sites, but not as an exclusive. Shutterstock and iStock have no issue with non-exclusive images, but be careful with Alamy and remove images from other sites if licensed exclusively.

Just be aware that there might be restrictions on using their content in sensitive topics like tobacco, adult content, etc. Always read the licensing terms for each asset you plan to use, but in general, it's been a reliable source for my commercial projects.
