Audiense chatbot

Hey guys. I'm looking for a new Twitter marketing tool and came across Audiense. Does anyone know how to set up Audiense chatbots on Twitter? Also, are there any other "hacks" I need to know?

You can go to your main Connect dashboard, access the Engagement tab, “Twitter Chatbots”; Create a new chatbot; Select the type of chatbot you want to go ahead with.
